What happens on a discovery call?
A discovery call is a free, no-obligation 20-minute chat over the phone or video. We'll talk about where you're at with your style, what you're looking to achieve, and which service might be the best fit. There's no pressure - it's just a chance to see if we click.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes! The Colour Consultation and Personal Shop are both available online via video call. I'll send you a tailored lookbook and we can go through everything together virtually. The Wardrobe Edit is in-person only as I need to be there with you and your wardrobe.
How far in advance should I book?
Availability varies but I'd recommend getting in touch at least 2–3 weeks before your ideal date, especially for weekend slots or if you have a specific occasion in mind. Discovery calls can often be arranged within the week.
What should I do to prepare?
Nothing special - just come as you are! For a wardrobe edit, it helps to have everything accessible. For a personal shop, a rough idea of budget is useful. For a colour consultation, wear minimal makeup if possible so we can get the clearest read on your natural colouring.
Do you work with all budgets?
Absolutely. I work with clients across a wide range of budgets and I'll always respect yours. During our discovery call we'll talk through what you're comfortable spending and I'll tailor my recommendations accordingly. Great style doesn't have to mean expensive.
